    Philip joined Drivers Jonas in 1995 and now leads the Firm’s Real Estate Management & Valuation business. Philip has advised a wide variety of property investors and lending institutions, delivering valuations and associated advice across a range of property types and geographies. He is engaged across a broad spectrum of valuation requirements, including loan advisory, accounts and unit pricing as well as securitisations and major due diligence exercises.

    Regularly consulted by clients in connection with prospective acquisitions and disposals and also the valuation implications of asset management initiatives, Philip provides ‘trusted adviser’ input whilst maintaining absolute objectivity and independence.

    Philip has developed a keen interest in the area of Sustainability – and particularly its potential implications for both property values and valuation methodology. Philip was a member of the RICS Presidential Commission on Sustainability and chaired the Institution’s Valuation Sustainability Working Group – part of whose remit was to deliver Valuation Information Paper 13 - ‘Sustainability and Commercial Property Valuation’. He is the current Chair of the Vancouver Valuation Accord.
