In 2006, took over the loans and mortgages area in PREVI (Caixa de Previdência dos Funcionários do Banco do Brasil). Since 2009, he is the Real Estate Investments Executive Manager”.

PREVI was ranked 24th in the survey carried out by Pensions & Investments, a U.S. publication specializing in pension funds. Data from latest ranking make reference to the 2010 base year.
PREVI is the largest pension fund of Latin America. The institution manages over R$ 150 billion in total assets. These resources are invested in different types of assets, such as corporate shares, government securities, real estate, investment funds, over and beyond loans and financing to participants. In 2010, more than R$ 8 billion were paid out to retirees and pensioners as monthly benefits.
