Peter is a Director and Head of European Investment Research for Pramerica, the real estate investment management business of Prudential Financial, Inc. of the United States. The research function provides strategic advice and support to the investment management divisions of the business. Peter is a voting member of both the European Investment and Debt Investment Committees and a member of the European Management Committee. Before joining Pramerica Peter held a number of previous positions including Director and Head of Economic and Real Estate Forecasting for DTZ, an international property advisory company, Regional Economist at the Bank of England, and a Lecturer in Economics at the Universities of Sheffield and London. Peter holds a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from the University of Sheffield, an M.A. in Macroeconomics from the University of Liverpool, and a B.A. in Economics from University College, Swansea.
