Romeu Chap Chap is a former president of Secovi-SP, a real estate association founded in 1946 that represents the real estate industry and the condominiums in the state of São Paulo. Currently, he is a director of the association and coordinator of NAT (core of high subjects).
He has been involved in several national and international associations such as ADVB (Brazilian Marketing and Sales Association), Fiabci/Brasil and Fiabci Americas, Abrasce (Brazilian Association of Shopping Centers) and CBIC (Brazilian Chamber of Construction Industry).
Civil engineer and owner of Romeu Chap Chap Construction Ltd and of Romeu Chap Chap Development and Real Estate Consulting, with 52 years of uninterrupted activities in the real estate market, in the areas of construction, development, shopping centers and leisure enterprises. Romeu Chap Chap developed and built more than one hundred high-class buildings in São Paulo and other cities in the state.

Founded in 1960, Romeu Chap Chap Constructions is responsible for the incorporation and construction of 2.400 real estate projects in more than 100 residential, commercial and shopping mall buildings in Sao Paulo city, coast and countryside of the State.
Besides the technological innovations, the company history counts with new practices of marketing, communication and care for real estate market, being the pioneer in setting up the SAC – Consumer Care System, providing personalized assistance to its clients, before and after handing over the keys. Also, it brought innovation through Sistema Fácil, in partnership with Verdi Group and Rodobens Engeneering, a system that changed the way of middle class acquisition of real estate properties.
Today, the company’s main activity is focused on real estate consultancy, though it also acts on incorporation and management of residential, commercial, hotel and shopping mall real estate business.
