Mr. Bradford is responsible for Metzler's overall US investment activities, having completed approximately USD 1 billion in transactions. Prior to Metzler, Mr. Bradford was Vice President – Acquisitions withJamestown,Germany’s largest closed-end fund. During his tenure Mr. Bradford was responsible for the sourcing, structuring and closing transactions in excess of $2 billion in overall value. Between 1997 and 2003 Mr. Bradford was Acquisitions Officer with TMW Real Estate Advisors, and was, together with his team, involved in over 40 transactions of over $2 billion in value on behalf of German institutional investors. Mr. Bradford has been a member and panelist at various real estate events such as Real Capital Chicago and New York, Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers (NAREIM), and the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE).
