The Astrakhan city Administration (Russia) presents perspective investment project "Construction of a transport and logistics center". Located at the crossroads of international transport corridors "North-South" and "West-East" transportation and logistics center class "A" will be the largest transit point en route from Europe to Asia. The project concept involves the organization of the cluster, which includes new storage areas and terminals for storage and transshipment facilities to accommodate business services, telecommunications, trade, insurance and shipping companies, airline, railway and other companies' offices.
The project is located on a land parcel of 34.56 hectares near the main communication ways: federal highways, river ways, the international airport and major freight railway station.
All necessary engineering services are available at the property line of the land parcel.
