    Sebastien Daguenet (35) joined Invesco Real Estate in 2011 as Product and Fund Manager and is focused on developing and managing IRE’s fund management business in France, by providing cross-border property investment solutions to French investors.

    Sebastien joins IRE from CNP Assurances where he has worked since 2004, firstly as a real estate portfolio manager for three years and, more recently, as an investment manager of real estate funds.  Prior to this, Sebastien worked as a trader for IXIS Securities for three years following one year as a product development assistant at Societe Generale Asset Management.

    Sebastien has a Masters in banking, finance and insurance and a Masters in economics and finance (MSG) from Paris IX – Dauphine June 2012

    Head of UK Fund Management, Pramerica Real Estate Investors and Chairman of the Association of Real Estate Funds (AREF), Paul leads the UK Fund Management business with responsibility for Pramerica's UK specific Funds and separate accounts. In addition he is the current Chairman of AREF which represent over 80 members funds with an NAV of approximately £40bn. He is a Chartered Surveyor with over 19 years of experience in the direct, indirect and listed real estate sectors.  
    Paul is also a CFA Charterholder.
